Well Dweller Achievements
Track Well Dweller's 41 Steam achievements with a spoiler-light plan for trinkets, spirits, story pages, combat and story goals, plus source notes.
On this page+
Well Dweller lists 41 Steam achievements. For a spoiler-light completion plan, track trinkets and their slots separately, keep a record of spirits and story pages, and leave hidden story or boss goals until you are ready to see their names. The list alone does not prove that any particular objective is missable.
The Steam store confirms the total of 41 achievements for the released game. A public Xbox achievement listing shows 41 goals worth 1,000 Gamerscore on that platform and exposes goal descriptions. We reviewed both on September 23, 2026. The Xbox list helps group goals, but you should use the achievement interface on your own platform for its exact title and unlock state.
Start with the non-story goals
Some public goals measure collecting trinkets, collecting trinket slots, upgrading trinkets, returning spirits, gathering storybook pages and performing combat actions. These are different counters. A player can own a trinket without having enough capacity to equip every desired combination, and can own all needed items without having upgraded them. Keep separate notes for each counter so a late completion sweep has a clear target.
The Xbox list includes named milestones for 10 and 32 trinkets, 10 and 50 trinket slots, and returning 10 and 20 spirits. It also names goals for upgrading a trinket and fully upgrading all trinkets. These values come from the linked public list; they are not a claim that our site independently checked every pickup in a release-build save. If your in-game total or platform list differs after an update, trust the current game and report the discrepancy for review.
Storybook pages have their own group of achievements. The public list names the Lookout Tower, Dollmaker's House and Witch's Bargain books as complete-page goals. Merely finding one page is a separate early milestone. If you want to avoid story spoilers, record a simple book-and-page checklist in your own notes without opening detailed page descriptions until you reach that region.
Keep exploration and combat counters apart
Collection goals ask whether you found or returned an object. Combat goals ask whether you performed an action, possibly many times. The public Xbox list includes enemy-defeat milestones and flaming-vessel actions. Those goals may progress during normal exploration, but their names do not reveal an efficient farming route or whether a specific number can be missed. If a counter remains incomplete near the end of the game, investigate it as its own task instead of searching a collectible map for it.
The map guide links a live third-party interactive map with collectible categories and location notes. Use it for a specific missing trinket, spirit or page. A map marker does not tell you whether a platform achievement has already triggered, so compare your in-game inventory and platform progress after each collection sweep. Mark a location complete only when you are confident the relevant item was obtained.
For trinket goals, the Trinkets page explains the confirmed system and why finding, slotting and upgrading should be treated separately. Do not follow an unverified “all trinkets” table that lacks a game version and route requirements. A precise on-site location checklist is planned after the released build can be checked item by item.
Story and boss achievements carry spoilers
The public achievement list names later characters, encounters and story events. Showing all 41 names on the homepage would spoil discoveries for readers who only wanted a total. This page therefore summarizes categories before sending you to the full public Xbox list. Open that list only when you want detailed names and conditions.
One early named example is “Dark Garden,” the achievement for defeating the Groundskeeper on the Xbox list. If that encounter is your current block, use the focused Groundskeeper guide. Its evidence is limited to public demo coverage and is labeled accordingly. It is not a claim that every later boss is in a verified order here. The Bosses hub provides a spoiler-aware starting point.
Story-related achievements also should not be treated as a route map. A title may reveal an event but not the prerequisites or the order in which a player can reach it. Until a release-build walkthrough has repeated those conditions, we will not label a goal missable, time-limited or tied to a precise branch. These distinctions matter to players who want a 100% run without restarting unnecessarily.
A usable completion checklist
Create separate rows for trinkets found, slots obtained, trinkets upgraded, spirits returned, storybook sets finished, combat counters and story or boss goals. Check your platform's achievement screen after major milestones. If a goal does not unlock, capture the current build, platform and exact wording before deciding it is a bug. The title alone may omit a condition that the description clarifies.
Reserve the detailed spoiler list for your late-game sweep. Early in a first run, concentrate on learning the game's systems and recording places to revisit. The beginner guide offers a practical way to do that without turning every room into a checklist. When a complete, independently checked route is available, it can connect the map and achievement goals in play order.
Verification boundary
The 41-achievement total is from Steam. The example targets are from the independent Xbox achievement listing, reviewed September 23, 2026. This page does not reproduce all descriptions or assert that the Steam, Xbox and PlayStation lists are identical in wording. We have not independently earned all goals, so any full completion timing, missability claim or exact pickup route remains unpublished until checked against the released game.
