Well Dweller is a dark fairy-tale Metroidvania by Kyle Thompson. Glimmer, a tiny bird carrying a matchstick, leaves the bottom of a well to rescue his family and confront the wicked queen.
Climb opens wall routes, while Hover extends jumps across gaps. Mark blocked exits and revisit them after each new unlock. Choose trinkets for the task ahead: more forgiving healing timing, longer attack reach or stronger Flaming Vessel attacks.

01Where is my third elevator part?
With Wind Ride, check above the gold-key gate, southwest below The Bog, and the candle shaft above the elevator tent. Compare landmarks: the 2/3 counter does not identify which route remains.

Get Slingshot inside Hunter's Cabin, return to the falling cage, climb onto it and take the upper route to the berries. Climb is not needed.

If Autumn Village and Watchtower are finished but The Docks is not, take the eastern route through Gravenvalley with Hover. If The Docks is done, check Water Vessel and The Deep next.

The October 2 Steam patch adds checkpoints on Easy. Update before retrying, then use bells and a lower grapple approach when an upward launch falls short.

On PC, the extra-time setting offers 1, 2, 4, 10 or 30 additional seconds. Check the statue route and use the lower-left restart prompt to retry.

Check unexplored rooms, trinket-slot markers hidden by tent icons and unclaimed trial rewards. Compare collection counters before revisiting the whole map; map hints cover rooms you have visited.

Check the four Time Trial reward rooms in The Bog, Hunter's Cabin, Midnight Drench and Autumn Forest, then deliver freed spirits at the nest left of Night Garden's bottom tent. Use the region routes for the remaining statues.

On Steam, the October 2 update should restore missing spirit rewards when you load. On consoles, check your installed update and compare the nest count with the exact missing item before reporting it.
